Getting Started


To start watching TOA

1.Visit Application page

2.Create an account by entering your email address.

3.Enter credit card information and billing adress.




About Watching video

Can I watch all videos at once?

No.

One program is delivered every week, so you can't watch it all at once when you enter the school.



Course duration

TOA programme is divided into the basic(Program 1-34)

and the advanced (Program 35-56).

One program will be delivered each week.

So you can learn 34 programs in about 8 months.

You can cancel your TOA account at any time.


How long can I watch videos?

As long as you are enrolled in TOA, you can watch videos that have been distributed in the past at any time.

Note: You will not be able to watch videos after unsubscribing.

Sign in

Once you've opened TOA website, select Log In to access your account and begin watching TOA videos.



How to log in with mobile phone

Click the white three-line mark on the top right of the top page to display the login button.



Reset Password

You can reset your password from HERE.



Managing your account

You can update your account information and change your full name, email address and password at any time from the Edit Profile menu.



How to cancel TOA

You can cancel your TOA account at any time from the Manage Subscriptions menu.

Note: Once you cancel the subscription, TOA Program will be reset and the delivery will start from Program 1. You cannot restart from an in-progress Program.



When membership charges stop

You won't be charged again unless you restart your account. If you cancel with time left in your billing period, you can watch TOA until the account cancels automatically at the end of the billing period.

Billing and Payments

Update your payment information

Sign in to your Account and select Add•Change Credit Card menu.  Please enter your new credit card information.




Resolve payment issues

・Payment method was declined.
If the bank or financial institution declined the charge:


Check that your payment information such as postal code, security code, expiration date are correct. 

If not, sign in to your Account and select Add•Change Credit Card menu. 

You can also try a different credit card.

If everything is correct, you can retry your payment.



Issuance of receipts and invoices

We do not accept individual requests or paper invoices.
